Nurse Heroes seeks to provide every nurse with the resources and opportunities they need and create a future without a shortage of nurses. As an accelerating shortage of nurses around the world exists, if nothing changes within three years we will have about 1 million fewer nurses than we require in the United States and a shortage of 2 million nurses in Europe. It is a similar trend globally. The organization is committed to informing and inspiring the world to help create a future without a shortage of nurses and nurse practitioners, celebrating nurses through the arts with celebrity concert series, monthly art contests, and nurse choir performances.

Herbalife CASA Partners improves the lives of vulnerable children worldwide with access to good nutrition so they can achieve their full potential through the Herbalife Nourishment Foundation (HNF). In 1998, Herbalife founder Mark Hughes built an orphanage in Brazil, named Casa Herbalife. Today HNF provides millions of dollars in funding to 167 orphanages, hospitals, schools, and organizations in more than 59 countries.

CURE ADDICTION NOW (CAN) IS DEDICATED TO THE UNDERSTANDING, TREATMENT AND ULTIMATE CURE OF DRUG ADDICTION. FUNDING BASIC RESEARCH AND ITS CLINICAL TRANSLATION THROUGH A COLLABORATIVE PROGRAM IS THE CORE FOCUS OF THE FOUNDATION. Kitty Bungalow Charm School for Wayward Cats is California's only 100% feral cat rescue and socialization facility. As shelter interventionists, we focus our attention on the most vulnerable of felines -- feral cats and kittens. Our one hundred weekly volunteers, who use force-free socialization techniques, take street cats from 'hiss to home'. Each year, through TNR and Working Cat programs, we place a thousand feral cats in safe locations, and intake hundreds of feral kittens. As a 501c3, we rely on community donations and support. Only through working together can we continue to offer life saving services to LA's abandoned cats and kittens. Change a cat's life, today through a donation.
