Airlink is a global humanitarian organization delivering critical aid to communities in crisis by providing airlift and logistical solutions to nonprofit partners, changing the way the humanitarian community responds to disasters around the world. Our funding comes from donations and in-kind awards from airlines, aviation sector businesses, foundations, and individuals. We build long-term relationships with airlines, who provide Airlink with access to airlift to harness the power and speed of aviation to deliver humanitarian aid and responders in the wake of natural or man-made disasters. Airlink ensures the right aid gets to communities in need at the right time.

Direct Relief improves the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergency situations by mobilizing and providing essential medical resources needed for their care. Direct Relief works in all 50 U.S. states and in more than 90 countries to expand access to medicine and healthcare by equipping doctors and nurses with lifesaving medical resources.

Mission: We are dedicated to providing supplemental food assistance to individual and families facing food insecurity while foster a community of support dignity and hope. The Carson Valley Community Food Closet is the primary provider of food assistance in Douglas County, we distribute over a million pounds of food annually in partnership with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada (FBNN). We serve the community through food distributions, offering groceries, fresh produce, meat, dairy, hygiene items, holiday assistance, and pet food, as available. ​

GEM is dedicated to restoring hope and opportunity in the lives of those most affected by disasters. The organization provides immediate relief, assists communities during the gap period before receiving assistance from other institutions, and engages in long-term recovery efforts with sustainable development practices. This three-phased approach allows GEM to provide individuals and families with the help they need when they need it most.

DAV is dedicated to a single purpose: keeping our promise to America’s veterans. We accomplish this by ensuring that veterans and their families can access the full range of benefits available to them, fighting for the interests of America’s injured heroes on Capitol Hill, providing employment resources to veterans and their families, and educating the public about the great sacrifices and needs of veterans transitioning back to civilian life.

TransSOCIAL, Inc.'s mission is to expand safe and affirming resources for our Trans, gender expansive and Intersex community. We are Trans-led and provide direct services including legal name and gender marker change assistance, ID updates, affirming medical and mental health referrals, peer support groups and social events, and TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training to businesses and organizations to help them create safe spaces for our community.

FoSA (Friends of Short Ave), the booster club for Short Avenue Elementary in Del Rey, California, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and the fundraising arm of the school. We are dedicated to providing enrichment opportunities that strengthen and support our neighborhood public school. During especially formative childhood years, our goal is to fortify academic growth, and inspire creative, artistic, and aesthetic understanding. The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.
