Altadena Girls is focused on restoring normalcy and a sense of self to teen girls who lost their homes in the Eaton Canyon Fire. Created by Avery Colvert, a 14-year-old living in Altadena, CA. What began as a grassroots effort to supply clothing and necessities for her classmates has grown into a national movement dedicated to giving, community, connection, resilience, and opportunity. Altadena Girls' mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where girls can heal, thrive, and build brighter futures together.

Our mission is to advance change in America by ensuring equitable access to nutritious food for all in partnership with food banks, policymakers, supporters, and the communities we serve. Through a network of more than 200 food banks, 21 statewide food bank associations, and over 60,000 partner agencies, food pantries and meal programs, we helped provide 6.6 billion meals to tens of millions of people in need last year. Feeding America also supports programs that prevent food waste and improve food security among the people we serve; brings attention to the social and systemic barriers that contribute to food insecurity in our nation; and advocates for legislation that protects people from going hungry.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society. Using litigation, education, and other forms of advocacy, the SPLC works toward the day when the ideals of equal justice and equal opportunity will be a reality. SPLC fights hate by monitoring hate groups and other extremists throughout the United States, exposing their activities to the public, the media and law enforcement. We work with educators, schools, students, and communities through our Learning for Justice initiative to reach our goal of justice for all. Our Civil Rights Memorial Center in Montgomery, Alabama to honor the martyrs of the civil rights movement and to inspire visitors to continue to march for racial equity and social justice.

The Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) litigates on behalf of death row prisoners, juveniles, people wrongly convicted or charged with violent crimes, poor people denied effective legal representation, and others whose trials are marked by racial bias or prosecutorial misconduct. EJI is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society.

Dedicated to exonerating innocent people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent wrongful convictions. The Innocent Project works to exonerate the innocent who have been wrongfully convicted, improve case law through targeted legal work, reform to prevent wrongful conviction, support exonerees as they rebuild their lives post-release, research and educate on legal and policy work, and build through alliances with other organizations.

It is the mission of Shriners Hospitals for Children to: -Provide the highest quality care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and certain other special health care needs within a compassionate, family centered and collaborative care environment -Provide for the education of physicians and other health care professionals -Conduct research to discover new knowledge that improves the quality of care and quality of life of children and families. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. We are the largest nonprofit dedicated to creating a world without blood cancers. Since 1949, we've invested more than $1.6 billion in groundbreaking research, pioneering many of today's most innovative approaches. LLS provides free information and support services for patients, survivors, families and healthcare professionals, and is the voice for all blood cancer patients seeking access to quality, affordable, coordinated care through an advocacy network of over 100,000 volunteers at the state and federal level.

The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.
