Why Me, Inc. is a grass roots non-profit organization dedicated to providing love and support services to families with childhood cancer. Created and run in part by parents that lived this experience first-hand, the dedicated staff and volunteers understand what families with a pediatric cancer patient need and are passionate about services provided. Our support begins the moment your child is diagnosed and is available throughout every step of your child's treatment and beyond. The mission of the Alameda County Community Food Bank is to alleviate hunger by providing nutritious food and nutrition education to people in need, educating the public, and promoting public policies that address hunger and its root causes.

SOME (So Others Might Eat) is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation's capital. We meet the immediate daily needs of the people we serve with food, clothing and health care. We help break the cycle of homelessness by offering services, such as affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment, and counseling, to the poor the elderly and individuals with mental illness.

We embrace people experiencing homelessness with the compassion of Christ, giving hope and healing for a changed life, helping them to find their way home. Union Rescue Mission is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring the lives of the homeless and poor in Los Angeles by seeking to empower them to break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient.

Our mission creates play, dignity and social equity for children with disabilities through inclusive playgrounds and education programs that unite children of all abilities. Inclusion Matters by Shane's Inspiration has grown into a powerful network of 80 inclusive, sensory and literacy-rich playgrounds throughout the world. Our Together, We Are Able education program is in over 67 countries and transforms the playgrounds into classrooms where children with and without disabilities learn to see beyond their differences.
