Objectives - To raise the ecological awareness of people living, working and enjoying Lake Memphremagog and its surrounding areas. - Lobby local, provincial and federal governments to develop and implement regulations that protect and improve the quality of life in and around the lake. - Participate in the surveillance of the water quality of the lake and its tributaries, clean-up and renaturalisation of the shoreline, and protect area plants and wildlife. - Inform and educate the public on issues involving the environment and the natural beauty of Lake Memphremagog.

MCI is not like every other high school. This begins with the size of our school. With a student body of roughly 150 students from Grades 7-12, we offer students a comfortable, safe, and caring environment in which to learn and grow. Gateway Centre for Learning, formerly known as the Midland Area Reading Council, has been providing adult literacy and numeracy upgrading since 1982. Our trained volunteers are dedicated to helping adults in our community acquire reading, writing, numeracy and other life skills. In January 2012, Gateway launched child and youth tutoring programs in response to a need in the community and to end the cycle of adults needing our services.

Milton Community Resource Centre (MCRC) is a not-for-profit, multi-service organization that provides services to children and families of Milton and the surrounding communities. Through our Ontario Early Years Centre and our Family Resource programs we provide early learning programs for children, their parents and caregivers at minimal or no cost to participants. MCRC's parent resource library offers a variety of resources and workshops including access to our parent educators. Through our Licensed Child Care programs, MCRC provides quality early learning and care at an affordable cost and subsidy is available for eligible families. Collaboratively with Halton Region Children Services, MCRC operates The Halton Resource Connection, which provides training, support and resources to parents, caregivers, individuals and organizations working with children and youth.

Mizrachi Canada encompasses the philosophy of Religious Zionism in daily life - Torah V'Avodah, through our local programs including: BNEI AKIVA, YAVNE, BEIT MIDRASH ZICHRON DOV (YU/KTM KOLLEL), CAMP MOSHAVA ENNISMORE and MOSHAVA BAI'R DAY CAMP and assists educational and social welfare programs in Israel. The Pregnancy Support Centre of Moncton is a non-profit agency and needs your financial support to maintain and expand these essential services. It does not generate income from the clients it serves or from government funds. It is affiliated with CAPSS (Canadian Association of Pregnancy Support Service), with over 71 affiliated Canadian Centres.

The Mon Sheong Foundation is the first Chinese Canadian charitable organization in Ontario. It accomplishes its mission through the operations of three long term care centres, three Chinese schools and a Youth Group.

Montcrest School is focused and dedicated to the to the k-8, elementary years. Inspired by a sincere commitment to help each child be the best version of them-self, Montcrest helps children to discover their unique talents and prepares them for success in learning and in life. Within a dynamic learning community, the child is given the opportunities to follow a path that inspires them, prepares them, and challenges them for a fulfilling life beyond their years at Montcrest. Students are encouraged to grow by displaying creativity and taking risks in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Nakusp Public Library is a vibrant and busy place, and one that is loved by those who frequent it. The library provides events, books, videos, audiobooks, magazines, computer access, and a safe and welcoming space to patrons from the Nakusp and its surrounding communities. Your gifts allow us to develop and continue programs and services not covered by the core funding we receive from local and provincial governments. The Nalanda Translation Committee creates fresh and authentic translations of Tibetan practice texts and commentaries in English and other Western languages; translates from a variety of other genres of Tibetan Buddhist literature, including biographies, songs of realization, philosophy, and culture; publishes those texts to ensure quality and consistency; teaches and transmits practices, to increase students' understanding of their significance and cultural background; and helps with the presentation of Buddhist and Shambhala ceremonies and practices.
