Founded in 2011 in response to the unprovoked stabbing of art student Oliver Hemsley that left him paralysed, our mission is to prevent youth violence through creativity, working with young people and their communities to enable lasting positive change. We work to reduce the root causes of violence and knife crime through youth-led arts initiatives that provide an alternative to violent gang culture.

Rainbow Trust Family Support Workers provide emotional and practical support to families that have a child suffering from a life threatening or terminal illness. They provide access to healthcare, education, therapy, welfare support and benefits for these families at the most traumatic time of their lives together with emotional support for the whole family.

1. To act as a leading organisation and a global voice for the rights of those who face discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and/or sex characteristics (SOGIESC). 2. To work towards achieving equality, freedom and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex people through advocacy, collaborative actions, and by educating and informing relevant international and regional institutions as well as governments, media and civil society. 3. To empower our members and other human rights organisations in promoting and protecting human rights, irrespective of people's sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and/or sex characteristics and to facilitate cooperation and solidarity among ILGA regions and members. 4. To promote the diversity and strengths of persons of diverse SOGIESC around the world.

To improve the diagnosis, treatment and care of individuals worldwide with CACNA1C-related disorders, including Timothy Syndrome and LongQT8, and to support the families of those diagnosed.

The mission of FEBA consists in contributing to the reduction of hunger and malnutrition in Europe, through the fight against food waste and the call for solidarity, by supporting and developing Food Banks in coutries where they are most needed. FEBA bases its activity on these values: giving, sharing, European solidarity and fighting food waste.

We are a food poverty charity who raise funds to provide meals to feed people in need. We distribute high protein nutritious meals to foodbanks. We also donate raw meat to community kitchens and larger foodbanks that have relevant storage and cooking facilities.

Step and Learn offers free Conductive Education sessions for children with different motor disorders. Our charity is dedicated to help children to reach their full potential by teaching them to control their physical movements.

We support people living in private rented accommodation to access legal advice and holistic, person centred support.We also campaign for their rights and for much needed change to our housing system.

As the PTA for Llangunnor School, Carmarthen, we are always committed to raising vital funds for the school throughout the year in the hope that we can support the school in providing the best opportunities for the pupils

Encompass Care support people with learning disabilities and those facing a period of mental ill health. We exist to enable and empower people to live their best lives. Through our work, people we support can achieve true independence, positive wellbeing and self-worth.

Wendover Youth Centre is a local organisation working within the community to support young people aged 9-18 years old around Wendover. We aspire to engage, inspire and empower young people by running a range of activities that we partly deliver in partnership with others in the local community.
