Founded in 2016, Oak Park Our Whole Lives provides comprehensive sexuality education to students kindergarten through eighth grade in Oak Park and surrounding communities.

We are passionate about tackling the stigma related to mental health within the black community. We remove barriers to receive culturally competent therapy that promotes healing to those who have experienced childhood, racial, systemic, and other trauma.We focus on the intersectionality of race, gender, and the criminal legal system. Our approach includes the use of artistic expression to address complex trauma. Many have had traumatic experiences either do not have the words to verbally express their emotions or simply aren’t ready to talk about their experiences. Using various modalities including art therapy, play therapy, hip hop therapy and other trauma specific supports, participants are able to begin their healing journey.

To empower young Latinas and their mothers through educational and support services that increase preparedness, participation, and success in post-secondary education.

Here at Our Chance Enterprise, our main focus is on empowering the youth. It is easy to let the hardships of life stand in the way of one's dreams and that is where we come in. We aim to provide hope for those that have lost it and foster guidance for those who have developed it. We want to begin by rebuilding their confidence, by equipping them with basic tools such as humility, endurance, and resistance to everyday stress that life may bring. It is with some of these basic tools that we will help mold a brighter future for children everywhere.

The mission of My Future My Choice Inc. is to expose teens to positive influences and educate them in areas such as self-esteem, college planning, financial well being and social responsibility. Our hope is that after completing our program, our youth will possess an appreciation for a quality education, awareness of social issues, financial knowledge and a healthy self-esteem.

AFRICA JAM YOUTH OUTREACH is a non-profit, volunteer driven youth empowerment organization serving young people in South Africa. Africa Jam has been in existence for more than 13 years and has served more than 15 000 youth by providing safe alternative programs by creating opportunities for youth to unlock their potential. Life orientation and skills training, after school programs, camp experiences and spiritual development.

To provide the children of Columbus, Ohio and supporting areas, instruction in the sport of hockey; to participate in competitive play; to teach sportsmanship, and athleticism in hockey.

Youth Service America believes that youth, communities, and democracy thrive when we all work together for the common good. YSA is a leading global nonprofit that activates young people, ages 5-25, to find their voice, take action, and acquire powerful civic and 21st Century skills as they solve problems facing their communities. YSA supports its activation campaigns with grants, training and resources, and recognition programs for young people and their adult champions. Youth-led projects use Awareness, Service, Advocacy, and Philanthropy (ASAP) strategies to create social and environment change.

Civic Works strengthens Baltimore’s communities through education, skills development, and community service. We are a non-profit working in Baltimore communities for over 20 years, and we are deeply committed to service. Our programs deliver tangible results through a combination of job training, skills development and community service. We succeed by harnessing the energy and dedicated commitment of our AmeriCorps members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and most importantly, the communities in which we work.

Founded by five dedicated Teaching Artists in 1998, ETC's mission is to unlock the potential of children and adults through immersion in theatre arts. Rooted in our "4 Cs" – creativity, confidence, collaboration, and community - ETC's artistic focus has always been on student-created work. In our programs, we foster opportunities for students of all ages to create their own characters, write their own dialogue, and tell their own stories. For ETC, the process of how students arrive at the work they share is just as vital as the products they create.
