The Escondido Education COMPACT is committed to developing and implementing community-wide programs to support education for youth. Its purpose is to expand the education and career opportunities for students and assist them in becoming contributing citizens in our community. Escondido Education COMPACT is a unique and nontraditional (nonprofit public benefit) organization designed to provide support and services for at-risk youth in North San Diego County. COMPACT has been a youth workforce development specialist for over 25 years - providing youth (14-24) with work readiness training and linkages to employment. We work with local businesses and industry to provide enriching educational and career exploration for all students who access our programs. We pull together all of Inland North County's various and diverse resources for the benefit of our entire community.

The Success Institute is a non-profit organization seeking to enrich the lives of young adults, ages 18-24, in San Bernardino county by connecting them to education, leadership opportunities, and community.

Founded in 2004, Quail Springs is a leading educational non-profit that resides on a 450-acre permaculture demonstration site on the traditional homelands of the Chumash people in Cuyama Valley, California. Our mission is to empower students of all ages and backgrounds with knowledge, skills, and inspiration essential to cultivating ecological and social health in a rapidly changing world. Quail Springs teaches strategies and techniques instrumental for designing and building resilient, affordable, and carbon-neutral housing as well as ecologically sound and sovereign food systems. The goal of Retrieving Freedom is to place and match completely trained assistance dogs with a level of commitment to the recipients that is second to none! As strong as our desire is to train the best assistance dogs, it is also to be a part of their new connection with the people that need them.
