Artists For Humanity (AFH) provides under-resourced teens the keys to self-sufficiency through paid employment in art and design. AFH is built on the philosophy that engagement in the creative process is a powerful force for social change, and that creative entrepreneurship is a productive and life-changing opportunity for young people. Bridging economic, racial, and social divisions, AFH enriches urban communities by introducing young people's creativity to the business community.

The mission of the Big Shoulders Fund is to provide support to the Catholic schools in the neediest areas of inner-city Chicago. 100% of the funds raised by the Big Shoulders Fund are used to support children through scholarships, special education programs, instructional equipment, much needed school facility improvements, faculty support, and operating grants.  The Big Shoulders Fund is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

We believe every child deserves a lifelong, permanent connection. We believe that people raise children, not systems. Through this belief, we have created our Promise of Permanency. For every child that enters a Boys & Girls Aid program, we promise to prepare youth for permanency, advocate on their behalf for permanency and help them find resources for their permanency. Permanency means a lifelong commitment between and with an adult and child. By providing each child with a permanent committed adult, they will receive the guidance, stability and emotional support needed to be a successful adult in their community.

To enhance the lives of those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Bo's Place specializes in multiple grief support services for adults, children, and families and provides education and resources for those who assist people in grief.

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Indian River County is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible citizens.

Amigos in 2011 commemorates 20 years of continued service to the South Florida community. Throughout its history, Amigos has come to the aid of South Florida's most valuable resource - its children. Ultimately, Amigos For Kids hopes to increase awareness about child abuse, and strengthen the community by helping to educate families and prevent the painful cycle of child abuse and neglect. Amigos For Kids Blue Ribbon Campaign - coordinates activities throughout April's National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Since April 2004, Amigos has spearheaded efforts in cooperation with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Rebeca Sosa, the Mayors of the City of Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami-Dade County, and other local community leaders and organizations to provide an informative series of events. Its purpose is to create awareness, through education and community involvement, and promote positive parenting as relates to the issues of child abuse. The organizaton's goal and vision is to promote its There's NO excuse for child abuse! campaign nationally in 2012.
