PROVIDE FUNDS FOR NURSING EDUCATION

Visiting Homemaker Service of Hudson County, Inc. (VHS) has been helping Hudson County families with their home care needs since 1959. Due to the ever increasing demand to stop and prevent child abuse, VHS is going Beyond Home Care by focusing on the expansion of the Family Services Department. VHS offers a comprehensive set of home care services and we are proud to say our professional staff has an average of fifteen years’ experience with our agency.We strive to improve the human condition by making sure that every life we touch maintains the dignity, belonging, and independence we all deserve. We serve because we believe that caring for people at home improves their lives and is a noble and worthwhile endeavor. VHS is committed to improving our community by providing home based services to enhance the lives of families across all generations.

It is the mission of Covenant Woods, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, to provide our residents with exceptional care, quality of life, and security and comfort in keeping with the benevolent vision of our Methodist and Presbyterian founders in 1883.

THE ORGANIZATION'S GOAL IS TO OFFER THE COMMUNITY THE HIGHEST QUALITY PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES POSSIBLE GUIDED BY RESEARCH, PERFECTED WITH EXPERIENCE AND DELIVERED WITH COMPASSION. WE INSPIRE OUR CLIENTS TO REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL THROUGH HIGH QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVE AND INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE. OUR SERVICES HAVE BEEN EXPANDED FROM THE FAIRFAX COMMUNITY TO THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES OF WESTERN FAIRFAX COUNTY AND LOUDOUN COUNTY WITH THE OPENING IN MARCH 2021 OF THE CHANTILLY OUTPATIENT CENTER.

OPERATION OF A HOME FOR THE ELDERLY WITH THE OBJECT OF PROVIDING HOMES AND NECESSARY CARE FOR PERSONS UNABLE TO SUPPORT OR CARE FOR THEMSELVES.

Their mission is to deliver nutritious meals to the aged, convalescents, homebound and handicapped persons who are unable to shop or cook for themselves, regardless of race, color, creed or ability to pay. They service the Main Line area of suburban Philadelphia, PA, from Bala Cynwyd to Malvern.

MEALS ON WHEELS OF SUMMERVILLE INC IS A COMMUNITY SPONSORED PROGRAM. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HOME DELIVERED NUTRITIOUS NOON MEALS SERVICE FOR THE ELDERLY, OR OTHERS WHO ARE HOMEBOUND, ISOLATED, OR INCAPACITATED TO THE EXTENT THAT GOOD FOOD PREPARATION IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Homesteads for Hope is a unique Community Farm experience for transitioning young adults with and without disabilities providing opportunities to learn, work, live and grow in the Greater Rochester Region. Our membership, programs, services and inclusive events are hosted on a 55 acre farm located on the banks of the historic Erie Canal creating a venue of dignity, purpose and sustainable agri-tourism. Our Mission at Homesteads for Hope is to promote sustainable lifestyles and futures by creating a collaborative community to serve all individuals without distinction.Our Vision at Homesteads for Hope is to develop an intentional agricultural-style community that offers an inclusive environment to learn, work, live and grow.

Open Arms prepares and delivers medically tailored, made‑from‑scratch meals and provides nutrition support to people living with serious illnesses and their families, at no cost to clients. They combine dietitian‑guided menus, home delivery, and volunteer support to help clients focus on healing.

LifeLine Pilots coordinates free air transportation, through volunteer pilots, for passengers with medical or humanitarian needs far from home. Our vision is a world where every person has equal access to transportation for healthcare and humanitarian needs.
