JOHN KNOX MANOR IS A CHURCH SPONSORED NOT-FOR-PROFIT RETIREMENT COMMUNITY, SERVING SENIOR ADULTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. OUR MISSION IS TO HELP OLDER PEOPLE LIVE TO THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL AS INDIVIDUALS WHO SEEK INDEPENDENCE, GOOD HEALTH AND PERSONAL FULFILLMENT.

To provide specially designed facilities and services to elderly persons, including: Independent Living apartments, Assisted Living and long and short term skilled nursing care.

Community Hospice of Texas gives comfort to patients and families facing the end of life in carrying out its mission to provide compassionate end-of-life care. Leaders in healthcare and philanthropy created Community Hospice of Texas in May 1996 to preserve the unique gifts of not-for-profit hospice care in North Texas. Within in a year, it was the largest not-for-profit hospice in Texas. Today Community Hospice of Texas (operating as Providence Hospice in the Waco area) cares for more than 4,000 patients and families annually, providing adult and pediatric hospice and palliative care, bereavement support, advance care planning resources and more to patients in 25 North Texas counties.

Senior Ride Nashville strives to improve quality of life for older adults in Davidson County by providing guidance on mobility options along with courteous and safe door-through-door volunteer transportation to those eligible for service, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity, obtain essential services and stay connected to the community.

Cabarrus Meals on Wheels assists frail home bound elderly and disabled adults remain independent in their homes with the preparation and delivery of a hot, nutritious noon time meal. Volunteers deliver meals daily and provide a daily health check.

HINDS' FEET FARM IS DEDICATED TO SERVING PERSONS LIVING WITH BRAIN INJURY. OUR MISSION IS TO MAXIMIZE THE POST INJURY POTENTIAL OF PERSONS LIVING WITH BRAIN INJURY WITH INTEGRATED, UNIQUE, AND HOLISTIC PROGRAMS; ALLOWING OUR MEMBERS TO PURSUE MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES WHILE DEVELOPING A SENSE OF BELONGING AT HOME AND IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. Care USA Foundation Inc, is a 501c(3) non-profit organization specially designed by Care Personnel Healthcare Inc, to provide free home healthcare services to wounded, ill and disabled veterans who are unable to take care of life basic needs. The mission of Naperville Seniors in Action d/b/a Ride Assist Naperville (RAN) is to improve the quality of life for Naperville seniors and their caregivers by providing safe, affordable and dependable transportation to medical appointments. We will:• Respect the dignity of our senior passengers;• Provide a means for the employed family member to remain at work;• Strengthen the peace of mind of the senior passenger and their family and friends;• Encourage community response to help meet these needs.
