The Little Sisters of the Poor are an international congregation of Roman Catholic women religious founded in 1839 by Saint Jeanne Jugan. Together with a diverse network of collaborators, we serve the elderly poor in over 30 countries around the world. Continuing the work of Saint Jeanne Jugan, our MISSION is to offer the neediest elderly of every race and religion a home where they will be welcomed as Christ, cared for as family and accompanied with dignity until God calls them to himself.

TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY

THE KITCHEN FOUNDATION EXISTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SUPPORT OF THE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE KITCHEN INC.

The Bridge's purpose is to reduce adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering the following services: outreach/intake, jail diversion/reentry, emergency shelter/transitional shelter, primary health care/behavioral health care, recreational/educational activities, employment/supported employment/disability income and affordable housing/supportive housing. The Bridge benefits the broader community with increasing public safety and improving public health.

The Martha Jefferson House Strives To Provide A Living Environment Where Its Residents Can Continue To Mature And Flourish On Their Life's Journey. We Are Dedicated To Honoring Their Contributions To Our Society By Bestowing Upon Them Respect, Support And Loving Kindness At All Times.

Ingleside Homes, Inc., a not-for-profit organization, which provides affordable housing, healthcare, and supportive services to low-moderate income seniors.

Cabarrus Meals on Wheels assists frail home bound elderly and disabled adults remain independent in their homes with the preparation and delivery of a hot, nutritious noon time meal. Volunteers deliver meals daily and provide a daily health check.

TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES AND THE RURAL GENERAL PUBLIC IN CHATHAM COUNTY.

Care USA Foundation Inc, is a 501c(3) non-profit organization specially designed by Care Personnel Healthcare Inc, to provide free home healthcare services to wounded, ill and disabled veterans who are unable to take care of life basic needs. Our main goal is to expedite the recovery process for our brave military men and women by lifting the burdens from them and their families who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

HINDS' FEET FARM IS DEDICATED TO SERVING PERSONS LIVING WITH BRAIN INJURY. OUR MISSION IS TO MAXIMIZE THE POST INJURY POTENTIAL OF PERSONS LIVING WITH BRAIN INJURY WITH INTEGRATED, UNIQUE, AND HOLISTIC PROGRAMS; ALLOWING OUR MEMBERS TO PURSUE MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES WHILE DEVELOPING A SENSE OF BELONGING AT HOME AND IN THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. WE WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS MISSION WITH UNIQUE, PERSON-CENTERED, POST-REHABILITATION, COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS.
