VNA Hospice & Palliative Care, part of VNA Care, improves the quality of life for individuals and their loved ones facing a life-limiting illness and loss. Our team provides physical, emotional, social, practical, and spiritual support tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Care is provided wherever a patient calls home, including private residences, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. VNA Hospice & Palliative Care also offers three home-like hospice residences (Elizabeth Evarts de Rham Hospice Home, Cambridge; Rose Monahan Hospice Home, Worcester; and Stanley R. Tippett Hospice Home, Needham) for times when remaining at home is not possible.
