The goal of our Association is to foster community pride, civic betterment and community beautification, to make our neighborhood a better and safer place to live and work, to promote businesses and business growth in Valley Glen, and to foster education and the arts in Valley Glen.

FISH provides food, clothing, shelter, and medical aid to the homeless, hungry, and underemployed within our community, with the objective to provide programs and referrals to families and individuals so that they may be come self-sufficient.

To provide life-long, high-quality support services, ensuring that people with developmental disabilities lead fulfilling lives and realize their vision of a desirable future.

In 1981 we went on our first overseas mission. Our focus has been on medical education, leaving tools for those who are called to serve the poor. Seeing the overwhelming need, we developed the Lifestream Foundation to help fund projects that came to our attention.

The So Big Mountain House is a Christ-centered maternity home that provides food and shelter for pregnant women and their children and connects each woman with resources to help her develop a better tomorrow for herself and her family.

(WORD) is one of Missoula’s longest established and most experienced non-profit organizations. Since our founding in 1986, WORD has spearheaded, supported and participated with organizations, agencies and individuals who are committed to building community in Missoula. Vision: At WORD we envision a socially just world where each person is valued and all are empowered to fulfill their potential. We aim to build, through collective action, the socioeconomic, cultural and political conditions that ensure equality, independence and full participation for all. We believe that these conditions are indispensable to the health and sustainability of families, communities and society as a whole. Allies progressive services foster independence for children and adults with diverse needs by building bridges between challenge and opportunity. Allies, Inc. is an accredited nonprofit agency dedicated to providing housing, healthcare, meaningful employment, and recreational opportunities to people with special needs in the communities of their choice. Since 1999, we have been enriching the lives of people with special needs by promoting their greater independence with dignity, respect and understanding. We work one-on-one with families to design a comprehensive assistance plan that meets their specific needs and goals. Allies takes great pride in designing programs that are as individualized and unique as the people we serve.

Engaging people of faith to support and empower homeless families as they return to stability.

The Nehemiah Project is a faith-based initiative that works to build greater awareness of the challenges faced by our nation's at risk and transitioning foster youth. We build local networks of support, while advocating for more effective and supportive policies, to help this "invisible" community develop self-sufficiency and a resilient future.

Sparrow's Nest of Northwest Montana is dedicated to ensuring safe, supportive housing and resources for unaccompanied homeless high school students in the Flathead Valley.
