IRC HAS ESTABLISHED, COORDINATES, AND MAINTAINS AFFILIATIONS WITH OFFICAL SISTER CITIES AUTHORIZED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA.

CARECEN was founded in 1981 to protect the rights of refugees arriving from conflict in Central America and to help ease their transition. The Friends of the Arava Institute’s mission is to support the critical work of the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies through public awareness, student recruitment and fundraising campaigns. The Arava Institute for Environmental Studies is an environmental, research, and academic institution located in Israel, dedicated to advancing cross-border environmental cooperation in the face of political conflict. The Institute prepares future leaders - Israelis, Palestinians, Jordanians, and students around the world - to cooperatively solve the regional and global challenges of our time, teaching them that "Nature Knows No Borders."

Mission: To promote and enrich the social, economic and personal advancement of Armenian women worldwide through educational and other community activities that unite Armenian women, promote gender equity, and emphasize our Armenian cultural heritage. Goals: To establish contacts with women’s organizations, both Armenian and non-Armenian, in the United States, in Armenia, and around the world. To provide a forum for dialogue and discussion on issues of interest to Armenian women in the fields of education, social welfare, culture, and business. To gather information about the changing role of women in the world, to monitor the activities of Armenian women, and to establish an Armenian women’s archive. To increase the visibility of Armenian women and to promote their equal role in the community. To develop a liaison with world news agencies to provide accurate information in the media on Armenia and Armenians. To sponsor programs and issue publications to further these purposes.

The mission of the Sacred Heart Center is to serve as a hub for Richmond’s Latino community that opens opportunities for economic and social integration, family success and community leadership.

Founded in April, 2016, VELA Youth Fund, Inc. is dedicated to improving the present and future lives for as many African American, African, and Caribbean Children as we can, by supporting their spiritual, health, educational and financial needs to the greatest extent feasible. Their goal is to assist in the positive development of Black Youth.
