We believe that proper hygiene is a basic human right that should be available to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. Unfortunately, many people don't have regular access to essential hygiene products or can't afford them, which can have a significant impact on their self-esteem and overall health. At CareBag Inc., we are committed to helping those who are struggling with hygiene insecurity. Our mission is to provide school-aged children and young adults in need with essential hygiene products to support their health, boost their confidence, and improve their hygiene education. We understand that it's challenging for some individuals to get the items they need to feel clean and healthy, which is why we have two mobile shower units and a mobile hygiene pantry to help meet their needs. Our vision for the future is that everyone living in the US has access to essential hygiene products to feel their best and live their lives to the fullest. Our mission is to provide a community of healing, hope, and light throughout the life-long journey of childhood cancer. We advocate, we educate, we build partnerships, and we foster solidarity for all families experiencing cancer.Candlelighters provides support for families every step of the way from diagnosis through treatment, providing programs such as emergency financial assistance, an annual family camp, family activities, bereavement support, and a meal program that offers comfort and support for families during a difficult journey. Through it all, we never charge families a dime – ever!​

ASK is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1975 by a small group of parents whose children had cancer. They came together to provide mutual support, search for answers, and deal with the devastating news no parent ever wants to hear: “Your child has cancer.” With 1-2 children diagnosed per week in Central VA, your donation will be a great help to our small, local nonprofit dedicated to making life better for children with cancer. Your support will help to provide emotional, social, financial and educational care to children with cancer who are treated at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, the only treatment facility for childhood cancer in Central Virginia. ASK provides children, siblings, and caregivers with support from the moment of diagnosis through treatment to survivorship or bereavement.

At Special Need Solutions we create custom made furniture, clothing, devices, and equipment that help individuals with disabilities progress physically, emotionally, and cognitively. Our goal is to help make it possible for children and adults with special needs to participate as fully as possible in their lives.

Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community. Homeboy Industries is a beacon of hope and opportunity for those seeking to leave gang life, for whom the barriers and challenges are great, and for whom there is virtually no other avenue to enter mainstream society.

Union Rescue Mission is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring the lives of the homeless and poor in Los Angeles by seeking to empower them to break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient. 

Covenant House California (CHC) is a non-profit agency whose mission is to reach out to at-risk homeless youth living on the streets and offer them hope and opportunities to turn their lives around. We help abused or neglected youth who have nowhere else to go. A large number have been thrown out of their homes while others have aged out or left the foster care system with no family, no support, and no one to turn to. Since 1988, CHC has impacted the lives of more than 160,000 homeless youth out of our Los Angeles and Bay Area locations. More than 80% of our funding comes from private donations.
