PLAY International is a charity founded in 1999 on a conviction: sport is a source of solutions to our societal challenges. Its mission is to cocreate and implement education and inclusion projects for children and youth in vulnerable situations, using sport and sport games as educational tools. CTF was born from the idea that the world would be a better place if we were all given the opportunity to give back. Established by a group of water women, we feel it is our calling to help others by teaming up with local organizations globally to raise awareness and address social, environmental, health and safety concerns in the places we visit. The mission of the Jodie Matta-Dillinger Fund (JMDF) is to provide advocacy, compassion, and sensitivity to cancer patients, their loved ones, and caregivers during and after treatment(s). The Jodie Matta-Dillinger Fund will provide helpful resources and support in our service region through programs, initiatives and outreach efforts originating from the JMD Cancer Resource Center located at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. The JMDF will work collaboratively with UPMC McKeesport Hospital and our community partners. The JMDF will also pursue new opportunities to enhance our ability to address the diverse needs of those that we serve.
