CompUDopt was founded in 2007 with the belief that every child deserves equal access to education and opportunity. We realized that the life cycle of a computer in a corporate environment is typically less than three years. Usually sent to landfill or shelved, these lightly used tools can become a dream come true for a young learner ready to broaden their skills and knowledge, as well as an opportunity to demonstrate good environmental stewardship by our partner organizations. Our programs serve to eliminate limited access to computers by placing them directly in the homes of applicants, as well as fostering and supporting education for the youth of Texas. Each of our programs facilitates growth in technical and digital literacy skills, which are increasingly essential for success in education. In addition, students gain an understanding of the importance of education and the breadth of the impact technology has across industries including science, engineering, and many others.

Motivating the next generation of technical leaders through community outreach, education, and mentoring by software professionals with an emphasis on reaching more girls and underserved populations. We were founded in 2006 by Vic and Diane Wintriss.

Ocean Alliance strives to increase public awareness of the importance of whale and ocean health through research and public education. We work with our scientific partners to collect a broad spectrum of data on whales and ocean life. Ocean Alliance uses this data to advise educators, policy makers, and the general public on wise stewardship of the oceans to mitigate pollution, prevent the collapse of marine mammal populations, and promote ocean and human health. Ocean Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Organization, and was founded in 1971.

The mission of the Amazon Conservation Team (ACT) is to work in partnership with indigenous people to conserve biodiversity, improve human and ecosystem health, and strengthen traditional culture in tropical America.

To ensure American competitiveness in a flat world by leading and supporting the national effort to expand U.S. capability through increasing the number of successful African American, American Indian, and Latino young women and men in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education and careers.

The Mission of TECH CORPS' is three-fold and is achieved through: • PROGRAMS Bringing additional technology resources to K-12 students and teachers through national, state and local programs such as Computing Career Corps, E4Tech, High School Coding Camp, Student Code Corps, Student TECH CORPS, Student WEB CORPS, Techie Camp, and Techie Club. • PEOPLE Recruiting and supporting tech-savvy volunteers from the community to advise and assist schools and youth-serving nonprofit organizations in the integration of new technologies. • PARTNERS Increasing educational technology resources through partnerships with education, business, government and community.

The National Space Society (NSS) is an independent, nonpartisan, educational, grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to the creation of a spacefaring civilization. The Mission of NSS is to promote social, economic, technological, and political change in order to expand civilization beyond Earth, to settle space and to use the resulting resources to build a hopeful and prosperous future for humanity.Accordingly, we support steps toward this goal, including human spaceflight, commercial space development, space exploration, space applications, space resource utilization, robotic precursors, defense against asteroids, relevant science, and space settlement oriented education.

Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association (LISTA) is committed to supporting Latinos who work in the science, mathematics, information sciences, new media, telecommunications, and technology sector. Our mission is to educate, motivate and encourage the use of technology for the empowerment of the Latino community in order to conquer the digital divide. We do this by bringing various elements of technology under one central hub to provide our partners and members of the Latino community with the tools they need to succeed in a highly advanced and technological driven society. More specifically our organization: Builds and strengthens our stakeholder’s proficiency in the information technology, science and telecommunications sector. Facilitates our member’s business opportunities within all levels of the IT, IS, and telecommunications industry. Represents the interest of over 50,000,000 Hispanics across the country and their interest in the IT, IS, and Telecommunications industry. LISTA can help Latino information technology, information science, and telecommunications professionals succeed in the industry. LISTA provides professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and students with a pathway from the schoolroom to the boardroom through education, mentoring, business networking and services that enhances personal growth. Professionals and executives get access to mentoring, professional career and life coaching, training and job placement assistance. The opportunities available in our local chapters, as well as our national organization help you build the connections you need to advance in your career or business. We partner with public schools to strengthen the learning relationships between students, families, and teachers so every student succeeds. As of August 2015, CFY changed its name to PowerMyLearning and changed the name of its learning platform to PowerMyLearning Connect.
