On April 16, 2007, a shooter took the lives of 32 innocent students and faculty, as well as injuring and traumatizing many more. VTV, a 501 c3 founded on October 10, 2009 by the families of the victims and survivors, is committed to preventing more such tragedies and helping those impacted by them. VTV’s non-partisan Campaign 32 is dedicated to getting every state to follow Virginia’s example and submit all prohibited names into the national background check system.

Our mission is to provide a complete system of services designed to transition women and children out of poverty to full autonomy, through career development & placement, permanent housing, economic resources, and unlimited access to services that aid in complete healing and recovery. Courageous Women Association, is a nonprofit 501c3 organization providing supportive services, economic resources, and empowerment to Bay Area women and children impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, prostitution and human human trafficking, incarceration, and other crippling life experiences. Founded in 2008, CWA annually provides over 1,000 women and children with life coaching and necessities, career development, and economic resources that are vital to wellness, recovery, and self-sufficiency.

Center of Hope is a refuge of peaceful existence providing innovative and compassionate direct advocacy, therapeutic counseling, and residential services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking. Founded in 1973, The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC) is the only rape crisis center in the Greater Boston area and the oldest and largest center in Massachusetts. Our mission is to end sexual violence through healing and social change.

The mission of the N.Y. Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund (also known as Answer the Call) is to support the families of New York City Police Officers, Firefighters, Port Authority Police, and EMS Personnel who have been killed in the line of duty. When these brave men and women make the ultimate sacrifice to protect our city, we believe it is our civic duty to support the families these heroes have left behind. Our mission is to reassure these families that we will never forget them or the sacrifice made by their loved ones. We provide financial assistance, host special gatherings, and offer a network of support to over 600 families. Our goal is to raise enough funds to assist these families for the rest of their lives.
