Pact is a different kind of adoption organization—honest, child-centered, and anti-racist. Since 1991, Pact’s mission has always been to serve adopted children of color. In every case, the child is always our primary client. In order to best serve children’s needs, we provide not only adoptive placement but lifelong education, support, and community. Our goal is for every child to feel wanted, honored and loved, a cherished member of their communities with proud connections to their cultural heritage. We advocate for honesty and authenticity in matters of race and adoption.

Our primary goal is to help underwrite life-saving medical treatment and research throughout the United States for catastrophically and terminally ill children (and adults) battling, but not solely limited to, cancer and aids. Further, to underwrite aid to women battling breast cancer, as well as purchasing respite homes throughout the United States for families supporting loved ones undergoing treatment at various speciality treatment centers. Likewise, to advocate against health insurance companies and any other organization and/or firm that would deny any claim filed by an individual who is disabled and requires benefits, help and/or assistance. The success of our organization over the last thirty-five (35) years is due substantially to the generous help and support of retired judges, attorneys at law, congressmen and senators and a host of other individuals throughout the United States. Altruistic by nature, these individuals have provided invaluable assistance –– often at no cost –– to help us safeguard the rights of catastrophically and terminally ill children (and adults) to life-saving medical care throughout the United States.

Through the power of volunteer advocacy, CASA of Lexington works to ensure that all victims of child abuse and neglect are given a chance to thrive in a safe, permanent home. CASA's trained and supervised volunteers provide an independent voice for children, one child at a time, by speaking for their best interests in the family court system.

Consequently, we fight the militarization of our southern border home and combat the discrimination and human rights abuses of both our citizen and non-citizen brothers and sisters. In the context of an increasingly militarized border and the criminalization of immigration, Derechos Humanos works to empower those most directly impacted to create change and promote justice, challenging the borders that seek to divide us.

The Lake County Children's Advocacy Center is committed to providing a safe environment for child victims of abuse. The goal of the center is to investigate and help successfully prosecute offenders of child abuse without causing further trauma to the child victim. The LCCAC is dedicated to approaching victims of child abuse in a sensitive, respectful manner.

Women With Gifts International is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization created by women for women. Our mission with our organization is to reach,teach and inspire women that have been ostracized or forgotten by our society based on their current circumstance(s). Women With Gifts is a community of women that promotes women to use the gifts and talents for survival. Our organization believes in leadership development, teaching and empowering others.
