Hope Clinical Care is the outpatient therapeutic company of Vision For Hope. Hope Clinical Care specializes in helping children with intellectual and developmental disabilities increase overall health and well-being through personalized clinical, educational and therapeutic services, including autism screening and diagnosis, Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, music therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Hundreds of children with disabilities and their families find increased joy and independence by receiving interventions through Hope Clinical Care.

The Mission of Camden Behavioral Wellness is to provide and facilitate exceptional behavioral healthcare while striving to identify and meet the unmet mental health gaps in Camden County, Georgia, in addition, to provide education and prevention to the community at large to promote the general wellness of all.

Molly was born in 2018 and was the sweetest, happiest baby. She would light up the room with her smiles and cheerful disposition. In 2019 she was diagnosed with a rare chromosomal abnormality called Angelman syndrome. Common symptoms of Angelman syndrome involve significant developmental delays, seizures, sleep disturbances, and lack of speech. A prominent characteristic of people with Angelman syndrome is happiness and plenty of smiles. Molly's family then worked with multiple agencies to get Molly all the support and services possible, over time Molly was making amazing progress when she unexpectedly passed away in her sleep in November of 2022. Molly Smiles Foundation was formed to support other families to navigate caring for a special needs child.

Sankofa African Cultural Centers aims to educate people of African Descent about Historical African Culture throughout the diaspora, although that is our primary function we also welcome all cultures and individuals who want to embrace, engage, learn, and add value to our mission.

Sage-ing International is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming the current paradigm of aging to sage-ing through learning, service and community. Learning: We share the Sage-ing® philosophy worldwide by providing workshops, conferences, webinars, and publications for the public and we train a network of Sage-ing® Leaders through the CSL certification program. Service: We encourage and support elders in serving their families, communities, and others around the world. Community: We provide opportunities for individuals on their sage-ing journeys to share and connect with others through interactive opportunities that include chapter programs and wisdom circles. Guardianship & Trusts Corporation of Tennessee (GTC) exists to serve clients who, by reason of developmental disability, mental illness or other impairment of intellect, are unable to make informed and rational decisions about financial, medical and/or other matters. GTC attempts to empower these clients to live in the least restrictive environment possible by providing financial management and certain other personal services as authorized by the courts and fiduciary documents.

We focus mainly on Dyspraxia a condition that affects 6 percent of the population and since I have the condition I decided it was time to make a stand for my people! We are here to educate, inform and make aware to all aspect of the commmunity schooling and ohter sectors the hidden conditions that go unoticed due to limited social knowhow!
