GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center’s mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community. We offer free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families. With over 30 locations across the United States and Mexico and 200 inquiries to start new locations all over the world, GiGi’s Playhouse is the ONLY network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers. Every day, we provide FREE, life-changing therapeutic, educational and career training programs for 30,000+ individuals of all ages. Programs are always available to participants and families despite their initial skill level or ability to pay. By offering free programs and through our Generation G Campaign for global acceptance, we EMPOWER families by maximizing opportunities for daily achievement and lasting acceptance. To ensure lasting acceptance, we must show the world what individuals with Down syndrome are truly capable of achieving as students, co-workers, volunteers, friends, and valued members of their communities. The TADSAW (Train A Dog - Save A Warrior) mission is to provide for the training of a Medical Alert Service Dog, as designated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines, for Any wounded Veteran Service Member (Active Duty, Retired, Discharged), surviving with Military Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (MIADS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), in order to restore and improve the Veteran's Quality of Life with a canine 'Battle Buddy', at no charge to the Veteran or their family.

Clinica Msr. Oscar A. Romero is a tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3), non-profit organization whose mission is to provide quality, affordable, and culturally sensitive health care and other services to the uninsured, insured, and underserved communities of greater Los Angeles regardless of their ability to pay by upholding the legacy and tradition of Monseñor Oscar Romero and educating and empowering Salvadoran and other community members through community organizing, health education and social justice and exchange programs in El Salvador.

As a community with a focus on tikkun olam, we work to eradicate the shame and stigma surrounding these issues in our global Jewish community and beyond.
