End of Life Choices California provides information and personal support regarding California’s End of Life Option Act and all other legal end-of-life options to the medical community, hospices, and to the public. EOLCCA's Client Volunteers assist individuals who are seriously or terminally ill on how to talk with their family or physicians and advocate for their end of life wishes as well as help those seeking guidance on preparing an Advance Health Directive. Our non-judgemental volunteers give their time free-of-charge to people who are facing end-of-life planning and decision-making.
