The mission of Baxter Regional Medical Center is to provide excellent care for every patient, every time. Our purpose is to preserve BRMC as a comprehensive, independent, community-driven health system in order to optimize access to quality healthcare for patients in the communities we serve.Baxter Regional Medical Center, located in Mountain Home, Arkansas, serves patients from a two-state, 14-county area throughout north-central Arkansas and south-central Missouri. Opened as Baxter General Hospital in 1963, the acute-care hospital began with 39 beds and four physicians on staff. Today, the facility is a 268 all-private bed facility with more than 100 physicians serving on our medical staff. The hospital encompasses 500,000 square feet of space and is the largest employer in Baxter County with more than 1,400 employees and 600 volunteers.

Ruiz 4 Kids, the non-profit 501 (C) (3) organization of Ruiz Food Products, Inc., is made up entirely of Ruiz Foods Team Member volunteers. Founded in 1991 by Team Members with a passion for helping children, our mission is to provide opportunities, to inspire hope and change in children’s lives. With manufacturing facilities in Dinuba/Tulare, California, Denison, Texas and Florence, South Carolina, Ruiz 4 Kids offers two programs supporting educational initiatives for youth: scholarships and a Mini-Grants for Teachers Program. Since its inception, the Louis F. Ruiz Scholarship Program has awarded over $2,500,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors entering their first year of college. In 2017, Ruiz 4 Kids added a scholarship program specific to community college students transferring to an accredited 4 year college/university. Sponsors of the annual Louis F. Ruiz Golf Invitational provide funding for the scholarship program. The Mini-Grants for Teachers Program, started in 2013, provides funding to K-12 teachers outlining programs to enhance the learning experience for students.

The mission of Community Medical Centers is to improve the health and quality of life for members of the community. CMC strives to understand and incorporate the role of the family unit, culture, community, and health theory into the process of helping clients. CMC adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to achieving goals. We draw upon the expertise and training of our associates in multiple fields, including health, education, social work, and prevention. At CMC every individual deserves to reach and maintain their health potential. Clients should be treated with respect. Treatment interventions must have observable, measurable outcomes. Treatment at Community Medical Centers is goal-oriented and focused on building health and preventing illness. Treatment planning is individualized, flexible and focused on assisting others achieving their health goals.
