Sober living services should be available to any man or woman who has the genuine determination to overcome their alcoholism or addiction without regard to their ability to pay for the help they require. That vision calls for these services to be provided without the direct assistance of any Local, State or Federal agency, depending instead upon the private support of individuals and organizations who believe in communities helping themselves.
