At The Gathering Together, we offer a compassionate and supportive environment where end-of-life guests and their families find solace and care. Our dedicated team arrange hospice services to ensure peace and assistance during this challenging period. Our services are provided free of charge. A loved one’s decline in health always presents challenges, and sometimes it creates demands that families do not feel prepared to handle. That’s where The Gathering Together comes in. We’re not an institution. We provide a comfortable home setting with day to day care and medications to your loved one, and where you, the family are welcome to stay and be with your special person.

Youth will be taught about nutrition, exercise and hygiene.We will actively advocate for children and not allow society to ignore or diminish the legitimate needs of children and youth.

The Kyah Rayne Foundation is dedicated to advancing food allergy awareness and education and increasing live-saving epinephrine availability to save lives.

Finns Place

United Hospice provides care, hope, comfort and improved quality of life to individuals and their families facing serious illness. We offer compassionate support to members of our community who have experienced the loss of a loved one. We lead the health and human services community in improving the provision of care to those affected by serious illness.

Lakeside Hospice is a faith-based, community-supported program, committed to providing and maintaining the highest quality of care and in providing care to anyone who is terminally ill regardless of their ability to pay. The goal of Lakeside Hospice is threefold: (1) to provide medical care to enable the patient to remain alert, comfortable and capable of participating in life as fully as possible for as long as possible, (2) to provide the patient and family with as much psychological support as possible, and (3) to provide spiritual support to the patient and family as needed.

The LAM Foundation urgently seeks safe and effective treatments and ultimately a cure for lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) through advocacy and the funding of promising research. We are dedicated to serving the scientific, medical and patient communities by offering information, resources and a worldwide network of hope and support.
