The mission of the Hydrocephalus Association is to promote a cure for hydrocephalus and improve the lives of those affected by the condition. This will be accomplished by collaborating with patients, caregivers, researchers, medical professionals and industry, raising awareness and funding innovative, high-impact research to prevent, treat, and ultimately, cure hydrocephalus.

Their mission is to promote early detection of brain aneurysms by providing knowledge and raising awareness of the signs, symptoms and risk factors. Work with the medical communities to provide support networks for patients and families, as well as to further research that will improve patient outcomes and save lives.

As the Drug Discovery Engine for ALS, the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) discovers and invents ALS treatments and partners to advance them into clinical trials. It is the first and largest nonprofit biotech focused 100% on ALS research. ALS TDI incorporates all aspects of drug discovery under one roof to find treatments as quickly as possible. Located in Watertown, MA, ALS TDI employs researchers with over 300 years of combined experience and expertise across all areas of drug discovery. ALS TDI is recognized as an international leader in preclinical and translational ALS research, and partners with pharmaceutical companies and biotechs around the world. Awarded the highest nonprofit rating – four stars – on Charity Navigator, ALS TDI spends 87 cents of every dollar raised on finding effective treatments and cures for ALS.

Sankara Eye Society, Coimbatore was started in India in 1977. This trust had the philanthropic philosophy of providing high quality health care, especially eye care to all, either free or at an affordable cost. In 1998, Sankara Eye Foundation was established to support the work of Sankara Eye Society. Our mission is to attain 20/20 by the year 2020.

Stand Up To Cancer’s (SU2C) mission is to raise funds to accelerate the pace of groundbreaking translational research that can get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now. SU2C brings together the best and the brightest researchers and mandates collaboration among the cancer community. By galvanizing the entertainment industry, SU2C has set out to generate awareness, educate the public on cancer prevention and help more people diagnosed with cancer become long-term survivors. Stand Up To Cancer is an initiative of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

We exist to train local Community Health Workers with basic health knowledge and skills to improve the health of their own communities. Our vision is the end of preventable diseases in underprivileged areas globally by Educating, Empowering, and Equipping local health leaders, whose impact will change the course of their community.

Prime of life neurodegeneration is a spectrum of relatively rare diseases that often afflict people during productive, active years and lead to debilitating symptoms and early death. They are generally categorized as frontotemporal disorders and are characterized by progressive personality, behavior, language and motor decline. These diseases create a level of functional impairment that significantly compromises the ability to carry out activities of daily living. There is currently no treatment and no cure, but there is hope. Research into these diseases may be a gateway to understanding and ultimately preventing, treating and curing more common neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. CurePSP is the leading organization within this disease spectrum, providing support for patients, families and caregivers; awareness and education to healthcare professionals; and global research funding. Current research into prime of life diseases, especially progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), is showing great promise for unlocking the secrets of neurodegeneration.
