We support a thriving primary school and operate Kigutu International Academy, a world-class boarding secondary school that prepares talented young people to lead change in Burundi and beyond. Alongside health and education, we strengthen food security, create livelihoods, and support the arts. These investments build healthier communities and nurture peace in a country still recovering from civil war. With over 90 percent of our staff from Burundi, Village Health Works is powered by local leadership. Our doctors, teachers, and community partners are caring for patients today while training the next generation to build a stronger future. All Hands and Hearts provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. We are an organization committed to effectively and efficiently addressing the immediate and long-term needs of global communities impacted by disasters. All Hands and Hearts arrives early for first response and stays late to rebuild schools and homes in a disaster-resilient way.

METAvivor is dedicated to the specific fight of women and men living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. At the time of METAvivor’s founding, no organization was dedicated to funding research for the disease and no patient groups were speaking out about the dearth of stage 4 cancer research. While more and more people have taken up the cry for more stage 4 research, METAvivor remains the sole US organization dedicated to awarding annual stage 4 breast cancer research.
