The Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CDLS) foundation is a family support organization which exists to ensure early and accurate diagnosis of CDLS, promote research into the causes and manifestations of the syndrome, and help people with a diagnosis of CDLS and others with similar characteristics make informed decisions throughout their lives. Reaching out, providing help and giving hope.

The mission of the NOCC is to save lives through the prevention and cure of ovarian cancer and to improve quality of life for survivors and their caregivers. Nearly 19,800+ women in the United States are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year, and approximately 12,800+ women die from the disease. Unfortunately, most cases are diagnosed in later stages when the prognosis is poor. However, if diagnosed and treated early when the cancer is confined to the ovary, the five-year survival rate is over 90 percent. This is why it’s imperative that the early signs and symptoms are recognized not only by women, but by their families and the healthcare community.

Mission: To facilitate global collaboration and fund world-class research, medical education, and treatment trials, that make a positive impact on the lives of people with ME/CFS, Long COVID and related diseases. Vision: Significantly improve patient outcomes while advancing a cure. Goals: Our primary goals are to: frame clear disease mechanisms and models; find effective treatments and diagnostic markers; increase accurate diagnoses; and ensure access to quality care.

The Night Ministry was created out of diverse religious traditions to build relationships with vulnerable youth and adults on the nighttime streets. Today, we build relationships in a variety of settings. Through these relationships and the provision of housing, health, outreach, spiritual, and social services, we seek to empower people of all ages to meet their own needs. Recognizing the uniqueness, dignity, and value of each person, we accept individuals as they are, in an affirming and compassionate manner. We call the larger community to the same mission. Since 1976, The Night Ministry, a non-profit, non-denominational social service organization has served people at difficult crossroads in their lives. We work to build relationships with youth and adults we serve - regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identification or social status. We offer concrete services in compassionate, accepting environments. Through our two programs, Outreach & Health, and Youth Services, we provide basic resources, free healthcare, housing and supportive services for youth, referrals to other resources, and more. We do not proselytize, evangelize or espose any particular faith tradition. Our ministry is one of serving. The Night Ministry serves homeless and runaway youth, working poor adults, uninsured and underinsured individuals seeking medical assistance and others Staff and volunteers work to build non-judgmental relationships aimed at empowering individuals to meet their own needs. We try to help those we serve find and use their own strengths and resources.

The National Scleroderma Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1998 to advance medical research, promote disease awareness, and provide support and education to people with scleroderma, their families and support networks. Supported by a network of thousands of individuals across the United States, the Foundation helps those living with scleroderma by providing support and education at the same time that it funds peer-reviewed scleroderma research. Since its founding, the Foundation has committed over $30 Million to discover the cause, understand the mechanism, and overcome scleroderma forever. The Foundation is home to the National Scleroderma Conference—the only educational program of its kind and scope in the U.S.—which provides access to leading scleroderma experts and up-to-date information while serving as the central meeting ground for the scleroderma community. In addition, the Foundation's Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma walks are the country's premier awareness and fundraising events which are organized by the Foundation’s local chapters and take place throughout the year at multiple locations and virtually across the country. The Foundation is led by a dedicated, volunteer Board of Directors that exercises its fiduciary responsibilities, an extraordinary, volunteer Medical & Scientific Advisory Board comprised of world-renowned physicians and scientists, and an exemplary professional staff committed to advancing its mission through the organization's cultural values of care, connection, diversity, integrity, meaningful work, and trust.

Money raised through the Coronavirus Relief Fund will be split evenly amongst CDC Foundation, International Medical Corps and Direct Relief to support first responders & medical professionals working on the coronavirus globally. CDC Foundation EIN: 58-2106707 Funds raised by the CDC Foundation through their Emergency Response Fund will be used to meet fast-emerging needs identified by CDC to help respond to the public health threat posed by this virus. These include additional support for state and local health departments, support for the global response, logistics, communications, data management, personal protective equipment, critical response supplies and more. Harmony Health Clinic seeks to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the medically uninsured and underserved who live in Central Arkansas, by providing access to quality medical care at no cost to these patients in a private, community-based clinic, staffed by volunteer professionals and marked by a unique atmosphere of caring, compassion, respect, dignity, and diversity.
