The mission of the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy is to conserve the unique plant and animal habitat, clean water, farmland and scenic beauty and places for people to enjoy outdoor recreation in the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee for the benefit of present and future generations. We achieve this by forging and maintaining long-term conservation relationships with private landowners, owning and managing land and encouraging strong, healthy local communities.

Summit Land Conservancy works with our communities to protect and preserve land and water for the benefit of people and nature.Open space is the heart of our community. Our sense of place is clearly defined by the shared landscapes that anchor us here. These mountains, trails, farms, and rivers connect us to each other and to the natural world. The Summit Land Conservancy cares for these lands forever, nurturing a healthy community that is founded on its strong connection to the places we've protected together.

Bushlife Conservancy is dedicated to protecting and preserving African wildlife in its native habitat. The most important work we do is anti-poaching and conservation in Mana Pools National Park, which is a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site, and the Zambezi River Valley of Zimbabwe and Zambia. We also monitor and track iconic bull elephants, develop infrastructure to establish ongoing ranger presence in vulnerable areas, and provide funding to support local community health and welfare needs.

Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary is a non-profit organization located in northern Williamson County, Tennessee. We are dedicated to a mission of Environmental Education and Research; Restoration of native flora and fauna; Conservation and Protection of natural resources; Spreading an Appreciation and Enjoyment of nature.

Founded in 2007, Grounded invests in people and the places they live to improve the social, economic, and environmental health of communities from within. We mobilize residents, policy-makers, and like-minded organizations to ensure communities have the resources, knowledge, tools, and partners to reclaim and activate vacant land in the places they live, work, and play. We envision a region of thriving communities- working together to sustain equitable change. We believe lasting and impactful change happens when people have the tools to work towards creating safe, green, resilient and livable spaces. Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) is the leading global charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of whales and dolphins. Our vision of a world where every whale and dolphin is safe and free is not a noble gesture, but a necessary goal for a healthy planet on which humans and wildlife can survive and thrive. We defend these remarkable creatures against the many threats they face through campaigns, lobbying, advising governments, conservation projects, field research and rescue.

Delaware Nature Society’s mission is to connect people with the natural world to improve our environment through education, conservation, and advocacy. Founded in 1964, we are the state affiliate for the National Wildlife Federation. We provide the tools for communities to take action to protect the environment through land preservation, wildlife habitats, and watershed stewardship.We manage 2,000 acres of land, including 4 nature preserves, educational sites: Ashland Nature Center, Abbott’s Mill Nature Center, DuPont Environmental Education Center, and Coverdale Farm Preserve. Our organizational priorities are focused on: Working & Natural Lands, Healthy Waters and Protecting Habitats & Wildlife. We envision a healthy and sustainable environment.

ICF works worldwide to conserve cranes and the ecosystems, watersheds, and flyways on which they depend. ICF provides knowledge, leadership, and inspiration to engage people in resolving threats to cranes and their diverse landscapes.
