Through international alliances and local resources, we engage in every step of rescue. From emergency response to dog adoption, No Dogs Left Behind stands by our survivors every step of the way. One Mission programs make living in the hospital less lonely and stressful, bring back joy in a time of fear and uncertainty, and give kids and their loved ones the support they need to get through the emotional and financial challenges of treatment. World Central Kitchen uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies through times of crisis and beyond. Through strategic litigation, public policy advocacy, and education, GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) works in New England and nationally to create a just society free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression, HIV status, and sexual orientation. The mission of Armand Bayou Nature Center (ABNC) is twofold: to preserve the habitats with which we have been entrusted and to provide opportunities for people to experience and understand the local ecosystem. Through preservation and education we strive to reconnect people to nature.

Conservation Volunteers International Program is dedicated to helping sustain some of the world's greatest landscapes, cultural heritage sites and biodiversity.  We offer volunteer travel to some extraordinary destinations where the trip participants volunteer on environmental conservation projects. Volunteer projects include maintaining and building trails, restoring cultural heritage sites, and protecting and restoring critical biological and natural habitats.

Our mission is to reduce air pollution through education and advocacy. We strive to educate the public on the health risks associated with poor air quality and encourage the community's leaders to serve as role models for clean air and clean energy production.

Solana Center for Environmental Innovation's mission is to mobilize the local community to address the region’s most pressing environmental issues and enact impactful change, with a focus on soil, waste, and water.

The Savory Institute's mission is to facilitate the large-scale regeneration of the world's grasslands through Holistic Management. The organization's educational consulting activities are turning deserts into thriving grasslands, restoring biodiversity, bringing streams, rivers and water sources back to life, combating poverty and hunger, and increasing sustainable food production, all while putting an end to global climate change.

Mission To inspire and promote an increased tree canopy in the Valley. Our Vision A Valley where for now and the future, all generations have lifelong access to the benefits of trees Who is Trees Matter? Trees Matter is a Phoenix-based 501(c)(3) environmental education nonprofit, whose mission is to inspire and promote an increased tree canopy in the Valley. We see a need to provide important resources to the general public so they can properly choose trees, plant trees, care for trees, and of course advocate for trees. We hope to encourage a culture of tree advocates and stewards. What We Do Trees offer many critical functions such as shade, pollution reduction, dust reduction, food, increased property value, carbon sequestration, increase in mental and physical health, and more. The Valley has an immediate need for an increased tree canopy; Trees Matter works to alleviate this need by educating the public on tree knowledge, planting trees in schools, and distributing desert adapted shade trees to residents across the Valley.
