Préville Fine Arts Centre is a non-profit music and arts school founded in 1974 by Belva Thomas. In a bilingual setting, we offer music and arts education to enrich the lives of families, children and learners of all ages and from a rich mosaic of backgrounds.

The Visual Arts Centre is the largest bilingual independent non-profit art school in Canada and has been involved in the teaching of art for over 65 years. As a vibrant contributor to the city's cultural life, the VAC offers accessible, excellent arts education through our School of Art and a respected venue for the exhibition of contemporary art through our McClure Gallery. The VAC represents a lively meeting place for artists, teachers and students where exchange and inspiration are fostered. With our open door policy and central location in the city, the VAC is an active promoter of the visual arts in the broader society.

Diaconal Ministry is rooted in and patterned on the humble loving of Jesus, who "did not come to be served, but to serve". Mark 10:45 FOUR-YEAR DIPLOMA IN DIACONAL MINISTRIES. Each of the first three years of this full-time program is "theme year" - one in education, one in pastoral care and one on social justice. During each theme year, students work at field placements in their home community and gather twice in Winnipeg for intensive two-week Learning Circles. Students also take external university courses. Degrees can be granted through joint agreements with University of Winnipeg and St. Stephen's College in Edmonton. ONE-YEAR CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION, PASTORAL CARE OR SOCIAL JUSTICE MINISTRIES TWO-WEEK LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MODULE, WHICH IS A PRE-REQUISITE FOR ALL OTHER CCS PROGRAMS.

CILT is a consumer-controlled, community-based resource organization. We help people with disabilities to learn Independent Living skills and integrate into the community. CILT operates on the philosophy of the Independent Living movement which was developed in response to traditional rehabilitation services models. CILT aims to develop and implement dignified social services that empower individuals. The donation you generously make goes entirely towards supporting the organization and its life-enriching programs and projects for persons with a disability.

The Canadian Centre for Child Protection is dedicated to the protection of all children, educating the public, offering prevention programs and advocating on the behalf of missing and exploited children. Our staff and case workers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide ongoing support to families, social service agencies and law enforcement in regards to missing children’s cases.

They had nothing except one table and a few mattresses. Yet in Ethiopian tradition, Mestewet’s family welcomed us and gave us everything they had – including freshly roasted coffee! I was touched to see my family’s photo in amongst their few belongings. It's all here - at your Library! APL has 61,968 items in the collection, encompassing hardcover and paperback books for all ages and interests, magazines and newspapers, and videos and audiobooks. We also have maps and atlases, business directories/indexes, a vertical file containing government pamphlets, documents, travel brochures and more, a Career Resource Centre with up-to-date college and university calendars, telephone directories, encyclopedias, and large print books. Columbia Bible College is located in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, and provides faith formation and professional ministry preparation for Christians of all ages as well as supports the churches of the region in the fulfillment of their mission. Toronto City Church is a vibrant, Canadian, multi-cultural congregation, with a deep passion for God and People. Everything we do is built upon the solid foundation of the Word of God, the Bible. We are currently in the process of a Three Phase Building project. We have completed Phase I an air supported soccer dome to serve thow e community. We have also completed Phase II, the main church building which includes out sanctuary,a fellowship hall, church offices, and childrens class rooms. Phase III will be a large auditorium.
