ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR) is an initiative that aims to improve the lives of migrant workers in Singapore, by building bridges to strengthen their integration into our community, city and country. Our raincoat emblem symbolizes the protection we provide them from their metaphorical thunderstorms. We believe that improving the welfare of migrant workers will ultimately benefit the whole of Singapore and strengthen the cohesive social fabric of the broader community in Singapore. A well-treated workforce is healthy from a reputation perspective for Singapore and important as companies and shareholders around the world focus on diversity, inclusivity and equity standards. The objectives of IRR are: (a) to improve the welfare of migrant workers, including by providing them with services to help them (i) deal with situations of work-related and/or personal issues; and (ii) develop skills to ensure a harmonious and mutually beneficial employer-employee relationship; and (b) to integrate migrant workers into our broader community; (c) to build bridges for Singaporeans and Singapore residents to connect with migrant workers; (d) to take action and steps to benefit migrant workers, in the belief that improving the welfare of migrant workers will ultimately benefit the whole of Singapore, and strengthen the cohesive social fabric of the broader community in Singapore; and

We work to drive long-term, sustainable change for animals, people, and the environment through a range of education programmes for children, consumers, and professionals. The award-winning programmes, recognised by the UN, drive positive and sustainable long-term change in Asian societies, helping people to understand and appreciate the importance of the interdependence of animals, people, and the environment. Education helps to increase awareness and understanding of animal sentience and interconnectivity of all living things - something which can be lacking in parts of Asian society owing to a complex range of historical, political, and socio-economic factors.
