The Corporation is organized exclusively to receive and administer funds for the protection of natural resources and charitable and educational purposes as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (the “Code”), including ​ Honoring and protecting the natural resources of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan including, but not limited to, the Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club and its surrounding watershed, for nature itself and for the enjoyment of the public, Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club’s members and their families. Rich in meaning and purpose. Conducting all activities incidental or necessary to accomplishing the foregoing purposes or otherwise permitted by Section (c)(3) of the Code.

NewU is the first new private nonprofit undergraduate university to call Washington, DC home in over 100 years. It is also the first new in-person college to launch in the US in the last 15 years. Our Vision is that by the year 2030 other leading universities will adopt our business and academic model to transform Higher Education for the benefit of students, parents, and society.

Bright Mind empowers underserved communities, particularly those facing homelessness, by providing the tools and resources they need to build dignity, independence, and long-term growth. We equip individuals with critical life skills such as interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, problem-solving, and support systems to overcome daily challenges and transition into stability.

The Philosophy of Education at EPIC Bible College is based upon the premise that God is the source of all truth; that the Holy Spirit is the Leader and Guide into all truth; that humans, as created in the image of God, may gain knowledge and understanding of spiritual and physical realities through pursuit of truth. Further, God has revealed Himself in general revelation through the physical, created world and in special revelation through the person of Jesus Christ and the Word of God, the Bible.

The LIFE School is an accredited, nonprofit high school in downtown Atlanta, GA. We have transformed the traditional high school experience to be more real world, personalized, and exploration-focused.

Our aim is to not rely solely on governments to solve these problems, but to increase the capacity and skillsets of local managers and divers around the globe to empower a new generation of action oriented conservationists. Through training courses we are giving people from many different backgrounds the knowledge to initiate action, and through our networks helping those who want to make a difference join up and realize their goals.
