Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) acts as a first responder to vulnerable communities affected by disasters around the world. GEM is dedicated to restoring hope and opportunity in the lives of those most affected by disasters. The organization provides immediate relief, assists communities during the gap period before receiving assistance from other institutions, and engages in long-term recovery efforts with sustainable development practices. This three-phased approach allows GEM to provide individuals and families with the help they need when they need it most.

Airlink is a global humanitarian organization delivering critical aid to communities in crisis by providing airlift and logistical solutions to nonprofit partners, changing the way the humanitarian community responds to disasters around the world. Our funding comes from donations and in-kind awards from airlines, aviation sector businesses, foundations, and individuals. We build long-term relationships with airlines, who provide Airlink with access to airlift to harness the power and speed of aviation to deliver humanitarian aid and responders in the wake of natural or man-made disasters. Airlink ensures the right aid gets to communities in need at the right time.

The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 50 countries and more than 20 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. Over the past 90 years, the IRC has built a strong position as the largest refugee resettlement agency in the United States, and has paid close attention and provided service to the recent conflicts in Afghanistan (providing education and protection to 1 million Afghan citizens including women and girls) and Ukraine (collaborating with nonprofit organizations in both Ukraine and refugee-receiving Poland to provide aid).

Americares helps people and communities around the world access health in times of disaster and every day. Americares is a health-focused relief and development organization that saves lives and improves health for people affected by poverty or disaster. Each year, Americares reaches 85 countries on average, including the United States, with life-changing health programs, medicine, medical supplies and emergency aid. Americares is one of the world’s leading nonprofit providers of donated medicine and medical supplies. For 45 years, we have met the health needs of our local partners and their communities. CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. We place special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty. Women are at the heart of CARE's community-based efforts to improve basic education, prevent the spread of HIV, increase access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunity and protect natural resources. CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives.

Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) is a nonprofit organization that is first to the frontlines providing fresh meals in response to crises. Applying their model of quick action, leveraging local resources, and adapting in real time, WCK has served more than 400 million nourishing meals around the world. When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes with the urgency of now to start cooking and serving meals to people in need. By partnering with organizations on the ground and activating a network of local restaurants, food trucks, or emergency kitchens, WCK serves comforting meals to survivors of disasters quickly and effectively. To support regional economies, WCK prioritizes purchasing local ingredients to cook with or distribute directly to families in need. As California State Parks’ statutory non-profit partner, we have a clear mission – to help strengthen parks and inspire all people to experience these extraordinary places. We are an independent 501c3 organization that supports California State Parks. What does it mean to be "the statutory partner?" That just means we were created by an act of the Legislature to address a big need identified by Governor Brown's blue-ribbon panel on the future of parks. The Parks Forward Commission concluded in 2016 that State Parks need a non-profit partner, or what they termed "a support entity." So, we were founded in 2019 to full this important need. Why would a state agency like The Department of Parks and Recreation, need a non-profit partner? Well, the short answer is: the same reason National Parks need the National Parks Foundation. Closer to home, the same reason every public school needs a PTA or parent association. That is, to fund and to implement innovative and critical programs that are not covered by the public funds. Put another way, to be the nimble partner of State Parks, what some have called "the R&D arm" of State Parks. If we want parks to be strong for the next generations, we need to be thinking now about equitable access (making sure that people from all backgrounds can get to and feel welcome at parks), and about climate resilience. Those are two of the key areas of work for Parks California. Parks California is helping make parks more welcoming, inclusive, and climate resilient. Donating to Kidsave gives older, forgotten orphans and foster kids a chance at finding a family. These kids are often hidden from view with little or no opportunity to meet people who might adopt or mentor them. Thanks to George and Kathryn Hicker every unrestricted gift – whether it’s a monthly sponsorship, tribute ad or straight donation will be matched up to $100,000. Kidsave advocates for permanent, safe and stable families for all children and gives kids growing up in foster care and orphanages summer or weekend visits with host families who get to know the child and team with Kidsave to help that child find a family. When people meet these remarkable children the vast majority of children are adopted or connected with a committed mentor.

Every child deserves hope. Since 2004, Hope Endowment has provided housing, food, clothing, medical and social services to the children we serve in India. Our mission continues to this day as we provide for the children under our care. We are asking for your support to expand our infrastructure and increase our capabilities to support larger numbers of children who are in dire need of our support.
