Chicago Human Rhythm Project empowers artists and communities to express culture and identity through rhythm and percussive arts. Through the production of inspiring performances, education programs, and innovative business models for artistic collaboration, CHRP catalyzes diverse communities to foster social reconciliation and economic sustainability through rhythm. CHRP, which began over 30 years ago presenting an annual dance festival rooted in the African American and Irish American traditions of “hoofing” and tap dancing, now reaches 20,000+ young people and adults annually through its year-round programs.

To preserve the historic Island Theatre complex and maintain it as a socially-welcoming facility providing enriching and entertaining experiences in the performing, cinematic and visual arts, while also offering educational and community services and drawing residents and visitors to the Main Street downtown area.

Teen Angel Project (TAP) is the product of a dream a mother had to establish a group of teenage performers whose mission would be to bring joy to those in need, through song and dance. As a result, a group of like-minded parents whose children are passionate about musical theater met throughout June, July and August of 2012 to incorporate in the state of Maryland under the name “Outreach Song and Dance, Inc.” and to form the necessary legal and business framework for TAP to flourish for years to come. TAP is a 501(c)(3) public charity program for middle and high school students whose mission is to donate joy to the community through song and dance.

Stage Left seeks to cultivate political and social theatre by:1. Producing plays that raise debate on political and social issues;2. Activating audiences to discuss and act on the issues raised by our plays;3. Inspiring playwrights to explore political and social themes through our Downstage Left new work development program;Stage Left seeks out and supports new voices that explore the political and social landscape of our time in order to create a relevant Theatre of Today.

Chicago Sinfonietta (CS) is a tenured orchestra that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating community through bold symphonic experiences. Our core values are built around being culturally competent and advocates of inclusivity in all aspects of our work, providing a source of unity through music, as well as ensuring and inspiring a continued investment in diversity and inclusivity in the genre of classical music to promote fairness and equity. CS’s unrelenting commitment to being at the forefront of innovation drives our high standard of symphonic experiences. CS leads by example with our immersive audience engagement activities, and impactful career development, education, and community outreach programs.

The primary purpose of the organization is promote the art of the Brass Band, and to promote awareness of music to the general public. The organization also educates youth and promotes brass music to youth through its Youth Brass Band Camp. The organization's mission statement reads, “To bring joy, understanding and inspiration through the power of music."
