OF THE FIFTEEN INDUCTEES, UP TO EIGHT WILL BE SELECRED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THEIR VALOROUS MILITARY SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY AND UP TO SEVEN WILL BE SELECTED FOR THEIR COMBINED MILITARY/CIVILIAN SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNUITY, STATE, AND NATION.
