The Metal Museum's mission is to preserve, promote, and advance the art and craft of fine metalwork. This is achieved through four interrelated program areas - exhibitions, collections, studio practice, and community education and engagement.

The Cartoon Art Museum's mission is to ignite imaginations and foster the next generation of visual storytellers by celebrating the history of cartoon art, its role in society, and its universal appeal. Our vision is to be the premier destination to experience cartoon art in all its many forms from around the world, and a leader in providing insight into the process of creating it. CAM presents exhibitions of historical and cultural significance, retrospectives of masters in the field of cartooning, and new talent from the Bay Area.

FOR 117 YEARS, THE TOLEDO MUSEUM OF ART HAS OFFERED FREE ADMISSION TO ONE OF THE WORLD'S GREAT ART COLLECTIONS HOUSED IN ITS GREEK REVIVAL MAIN BUILDING AND THE GLASS PAVILION. THE MUSEUM HAS AN EXTENSIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM, OFFERING CURRICULUM-BASED SCHOOL TOURS AS WELL AS ADULT AND CHILDREN'S ART CLASSES.
