Greyhound Rescue & Rehabilitation (GRR) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit adoption/placement organization comprised of volunteers, dedicated to raising public awareness about the ex-racing Greyhound; their gentle & loving nature, wonderful disposition and suitability as pets and companions

Assisting in the enforcement of cruelty laws. Their plan was to create a shelter for equines... a rescue that would provide care, rehabilitation and adoption services for abused, neglected, abandoned and unwanted horses. Pretty simple, they thought -- help a few horses out, they thought. They were not prepared for the floodgates that opened. They have taken in horses with physical scars so vicious that they can only guess what happened; others with emotional scars that won't allow them to trust again. But they have also helped many, many horses and ponies find homes with people who love them and have given them another chance at being useful riding horses or companions. They make sure that all animals are fully recovered before they are available for adoption.

To rescue and provide sanctuary for stray and abandoned dogs and puppies and do our best to secure for each of them permanent, loving, responsible homes. To promote respect and compassion for all creatures through humane education. To reduce pet overpopulation by increasing public awareness of the need to spay and neuter companion animals. To maintain and operate a shelter for dogs and puppies.

Raise, Maintain And Expend Funds For The Care, Maintenance, Disposition And Adoption Of Basset Hounds, Including But Not Limited To: Shelter Care, Animal Adoption Programs, Spay/Neuter Program Activity Related To The Care, Maintenance And Disposition Of Said Animals Known As Basset Hounds.

New York City Siamese Rescue is an organization of volunteers who find homes for orphaned and abandoned Siamese cats and related breeds, such as Snowshoes and Balinese.

Ridgeback Rescue of the U.S. (RRUS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the identification, rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of neglected, lost, surrendered or otherwise homeless Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs in the United States. Concurrently, RRUS is also dedicated to preventing same by education of responsible dog ownership regarding the proper care and training of Rhodesian Ridgebacks. RRUS is volunteer only, and their are no paid positions.  All the donations go towards saving ridgeback lives.

LISSR is a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for abused, neglected and abandoned Shetland Sheepdogs.

Northeast Llama Rescue and Barnyard Sanctuary, and New York Wildlife Rescue Center, is an animal rescue charity. Our primary mission currently focuses on native wildlife, though we also still rescue farm animals (llamas and alpacas primarily). Wildlife are raised and/or rehabilitated and released, and domestic animals are rehomed into good homes. We have educational programs throughout our local area where we teach people how to live safely and respectfully alongside wildlife.

Until there are none, save one. Through transport, education, adoption, and spay/neuter initiatives ARF is committed to ending the senseless killing of healthy, adoptable animals in the state of Mississippi. ARF focuses specifically on the communities of Madison, Jackson, Grenada, McComb, Hancock and Hines counties.

The Arabian Rescue Mission aka the Arabian Horse Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of arabian horses in need. Our primary goal is to facilitate their gentle release, prior to the necessity of seizure. Our secondary goal is the education of those handling rescue and rehabilitation, first responders at time of seizure and owners, where surrender may be iminent. We are charged with the task of discreetly negotiating the release of animals in decline, initiating programs to help owners facing life challenges with their commitment and providing the tools necessary for a safe and legal seizure, where necessary.

Hug-a-Bunny Rabbit Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in northern New Jersey that rescues, rehabilitates, and re-homes rabbits in need.
