The corporation shall be non-membership organization. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of secton 501(c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code, compromising: to help ensure the health and security, shelter and care of abused unwanted, abandoned and otherwise endangered small breed dogs, rehabilitation, rescue from shelters and similar situations until proper homes for said animals can be found.

Promote spay/neuter through advertising and education Raise money to sponsor spay/neuter surgery, providing low-cost options, vouchers. Supply food, medical care and live traps to individuals and groups for feral cat colony management (TNR) Provide foster homes for abandoned/orphaned kittens and support the efforts of people finding cats and kittens to care for them through information, spay/neuter vouchers and food. It is hoped that through the Helen Sanders Cat Protection and Welfare Society (HS CatPAWS) the staggering problem of pet overpopulation with its resultant tragic consequences can be eased and helpless cats whose only crime is to be unwanted can escape certain death and get another chance.

The Bonner Animal Rescue’s mission is to provide temporary haven and treatment for adoptable cats and dogs, place them in suitable homes, increase awareness of the humane treatment of animals and promote spay/neuter programs to reduce the overpopulation of cats and dogs in Bonner Springs, Kansas, and surrounding areas.

Lady Luck Animal Rescue, Inc., believes it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless dogs and cats, and other domestic animals that may come into our care, and to place them in loving permanent homes. We will work diligently to educate the public on the importance of pet sterilization, responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals.

To rescue any unwanted  animal and offer care through sheltering at our Noah's Ark Sanctuary, pet placement programs, educate this generation and future generations about the necessity of spay and neutering, offer wildlife rehabilitation and reintroduction and finally become a voice in animal cruelty legislation.
