Pick Your Paw Animal Rescue is a small, grassroots network of 10 to 12 animal lovers working together to rehabilitate 6 to 10 rescued dogs at a time, until that rescue is ready for placement as a companion animal. We pull dogs from both local kill-shelters, the New York City Animal Care and Control’s nightly “To Be Destroyed” List, and Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control.We are committed to providing spay/neuter, all appropriate medical treatment, foster homes/kenneling, training, socializing, and creating behavioral improvement plans for every dog who enters Pick Your Paw Animal Rescue.

The Humane Society of Wicomico County is dedicated to saving the lives of at-risk animals, and matching pets with their forever families while providing premier temporary care and shelter for the animals in our community.

At Save-A-Pet we believe it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abuesed,abandoned, and homeless animals, and to place them in loving, permanent homes. We provide spay and neuter services and any necessary medical care. We work diligently to educate the public, especially children, on the importance of pet sterilization and responsible pet ownership.

Perry County Animal Rescue (PCoAR) was started in 2009 because of love for animals. The core mission of PCoAR is to shelter lost and unwanted animals from Juniata and Perry Counties until a new home is found.

Pets Come First, Inc. is strongly committed to our mission of facilitating the placement of stray and unwanted animals into loving homes. We are dedicated to ensuring responsible shelter management within our community, working together to eliminate the critical overpopulation of homeless, stray, and abused animals. Educating our community on the importance of spaying and neutering all animals will decrease the number of surrendered and unwanted animals to area shelters and rescue groups. We work in partnership with other rescues, local & state police, Humane Officers, and Dog Law Enforcement Officers to provide monetary and voluntary resources to support and sponsor local animal programs within our community. We will offer emergency placement, food, and medical services for pets.

Small Miracles is a No-Kill Shelter. We exist to rescue unwanted and homeless cats and dogs and provide them with shelter and medical care until we match them up with appropriate new owners willing to adopt them. Every animal we help contributes to reducing the overpopulation and the need to euthanize the animals.
