The Extra Mile Dog Rescue is a rescue dedicated to taking dogs that are not thriving in shelters, placing them in foster homes where they receive intensive training and behavior modification, and adopting them to loving homes. They do this to reduce the number of good but poorly mannered dogs being euthanized in Virginia.

Freedom Greyhound Rescue, Inc., is a 501c3 organization consisting of a group of dedicated, hard-working volunteers that share a love for greyhounds and a love for their community.
