Spay Neuter Network's mission is to to eliminate pet overpopulation through subsidized spay/neuter services, while empowering communities to care responsibly for dogs and cats.

Founded by Carol Buckley in 2009, Elephant Aid International (EAI) envisions a world in which society respects elephants and provides them conditions in which they can thrive. Built on decades of experience and scientific advances, our mission is to improve the lives of elephants and the people who live and work with them. EAI collaborates with governments, municipalities, biologists, mahouts (elephant trainers), researchers, veterinarians, educators, progressive zoo professionals, and owners. Together, we work to raise awareness of the plight of captive-held elephants everywhere they live; and advocate for improved standards and practices.

HALTER's mission is to use animals, especially miniature horses, to provide support and enhance the lives of others. This non-profit corporation was founded in August 2001 to train miniature horses as Pet Therapy animals for use by special needs children. HALTER actively participates in programs designed to meet the needs of all children to help them live fuller, happier lives. HALTER also assists at-risk teenagers by offering opportunities to participate in training and riding programs. These programs improve self-confidence, while allowing the opportunity for the participants to help others. As an extension of the at-risk teen program, HALTER provides a supportive, constructive environment for teenagers with court appointed community service to complete their hours of obligation.

Citizens for Animal Protection is a Houston area private, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization caring for pets in need through sheltering, adoption, humane education, spay/neuter services, low-cost wellness and community outreach. Founded in 1972.

To do everything within our powers to Rescue German Shorthaired Pointers and, when possible, other animals in need and place in forever homes. To provide the dogs with food, shelter, and any medical attention they might need while they are in our care. To provide and empower adopters with any reasonable support so that they may provide forever homes for the adopted dogs. To educate the public about German Shorthaired Pointers, Rescue, and responsible pet ownership.

Mission: Saving the sick, injured, neglected and abandonedLooking Glass Animal Rescue is a virtual, 501c3 nonprofit volunteer-based animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters, hoarding situations, puppy mills, animal fighting rings and more. While we welcome all animals in need, we specifically focus on animals that are often overlooked due to age, breed, special need, illness or injury and frequently requiring immediate, often costly medical attention that shelters are unable to provide. Without a rescue outlet, these animals would otherwise be euthanized due to their issues. Our rescue looks past these issues, seeing these animals not for what they are today, but what they can become tomorrow – healthy, happy family members with tons of love to give.

The Petting Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We rely on the support of our patrons and sponsors as well as donations to keep our facility open to the public. Our mission is to serve our community by being a fun and educational place to visit. The agricultural history of Michigan is important to preserve and share. At the Petting Farm we are committed to educate children, families, school students and all visitors in a fun and interactive environment. The farmland at the Petting Farm and on-site structures, such as the Zeeb Barn and Griffith Station, give our visitors the opportunity to learn about what an authentic farm looks like inside and out while enjoying interactions with all the animals that reside here. The Petting Farm at Domino's Farms is unique and memorable destination that we take great pride and joy in.

Wounded Paw Project is dispelling the belief that shelter dogs are NOT practical candidates as Service Dogs. This notion is based upon he belief that by breeding one can control temperament, wellness, and longevity. Just as anthropological data does not support that upbringing and race/color does not necessarily equate to level of performance and more importantly a constructive contribution to society. Shelter Dogs exemplify the military creed [dogma] of “Service before Self”, especially Shelter Dogs.

The Mission of the Plumpton Park Zoo is to maintain a collection of animals, as a public zoological park, and develop and sponsor educational, recreational, and research programs based upon the animal collection.

The Animal Care League is a non-profit organization located in Oak Park, IL, that works to shelter and re-home in-need animals, provides low-cost spay/neuter and vaccine services, and acts as a resource for the community.

Our mission is to make homeless and unwanted pets in Orange County more adoptable and provide them the opportunity to find lifelong families.  This mission will be accomplished through medical, grooming and training.
