TLC Animal Aid was founded over 20 years ago in Windsor, Ontario by a group of wonderfully caring women. We are a non-profit no-kill animals rescue group. We receive no government funding, but rely solely on donations of our supporters and our fundraising efforts.
We take in abandoned, abused, neglected and stray cats and dogs and find them loving homes. They receive all the medical treatment that is necessary and are placed into caring foster homes until a permanent home can be found. We also have a TNR program to help assist with the overpopulation of animals in this area.
