Pledge to make a difference, together.
ARCH Disability Law Centre, is a community legal clinic with a volunteer board of directors, at least 50% of which are people with disabilities, and 11 paid staff. While based in Toronto, ARCH has an Ontario-wide mandate. In recognising the dignity and worth of people with disabilities, ARCH promotes the realisation of equal opportunities by people with disabilities, as well as their full participation in our society on individual and systemic bases. ARCH’s main activities include direct legal representation in Board-approved priority areas of law, test case litigation, summary advice and referral, public legal education and law reform. Lawyers who specialize in areas of law as they relate to disability provide free, confidential, legal advice and representation or referral to other sources of assistance.
